    You can come to see us directly at the store or you can place an order on our website and pick it up at the store.
  • Are there discounts for multiple days of rental?
    We offer discounts for rentals of 4 days or more, consecutive or not! Reservation on the site but you can also go to the store or send us a request by email for any special requests.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Is it raining this morning? Are you changing your plans for the day? Don't worry, we will refund you 100% up to the time of booking. If you do not show up but the reservation is not canceled, we will charge 50% of the reservation amount.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept credit cards, debit cards and cash payments.
  • How does the pre-authorization deposit system work?
    At LocaBeach, we use a pre-authorization system for deposits to ensure a smooth and convenient experience. When you make a reservation, we will set up a bank loan on your credit or debit card for the amount of the deposit. This pre-authorization helps us verify the validity of the card and available funds. It also allows us to secure your reservation while giving you the flexibility to pay the remaining balance with the same card or another payment method. The deposit amount will not be charged but may appear as "pending" on your account and will automatically expire after a defined period if the transaction is not finalized or at the end of the rental. It is important to note that the pre-authorization is not an actual charge and will not be deducted from your account unless you violate the booking conditions or cancellation policy.
